At SareeXpress (www.sareexpress.com), we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- 1.1 Timeframe
The request for a refund must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. - 1.2 Condition of the Product
The product must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. The product should not show signs of wear or damage. - 1.3 Non-Refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including:- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Intimate or hygienic items (e.g., undergarments or accessories that come in direct contact with the skin)
- 1.4 Vendor-Specific Products
If the product was purchased from one of our vendors, the vendor’s return policy may apply. Please refer to the individual product page for details on vendor-specific return instructions.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the product (e.g., item name, SKU, and reason for the return).
- Step 3: We will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Process
- 3.1 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely. - 3.2 Condition of Return
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and any accompanying accessories. Products returned in damaged or used condition will not be eligible for a refund. - 3.3 Inspection
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for compliance with the above conditions. This may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
4. Refund Process
- 4.1 Refund Method
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. - 4.2 Partial Refunds
If only part of the order is returned (e.g., only one item from a multi-item order), a partial refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. - 4.3 Rejected Refunds
If your refund request is denied (e.g., if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria), we will inform you via email with the reason for the rejection.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend following the same process as a refund. Once your refund request is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
- 5.1 Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Products

- We may request pictures of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
- If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it will fall under our standard return policy.
- 8.1 Cancellations Before Shipping
