At SareeXpress (www.sareexpress.com), we are committed to delivering your sarees and other products in a timely and efficient manner. This Delivery Policy explains how we handle deliveries and outlines the key terms related to delivery times, charges, and issues that may arise during the shipping process.


1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery services across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time.


2. Delivery Timeframes

The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on your location, the product’s availability, and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Here are the general guidelines for delivery:

  • Standard Delivery:
    Delivery takes between 10 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Express Delivery:
    If you choose the express shipping option, delivery will typically take 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or issues with the courier service. We will keep you updated on the status of your delivery via email and tracking notifications.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery method, weight of the order, and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000 for standard deliveries within India. (Conditions apply based on your delivery location.)
  • Express Delivery Charges:
    If you select an express shipping option, additional charges will apply, which will be shown during checkout.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). After your order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 10 business days.
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This will include your order number, a summary of the products ordered, and the estimated delivery time.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your delivery. You can track the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information.


6. Delivery Issues

We want to ensure a smooth delivery process, but sometimes issues may arise. Below are some common delivery-related problems and our approach to handling them:

  • 6.1 Delayed Deliveries:
    If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately via email or SMS with an updated delivery timeframe. Delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier service delays.
  • 6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts:
    If your delivery fails (e.g., due to the recipient being unavailable or the address being incorrect), the courier company may make additional delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery or to provide a refund, depending on your preference.
  • 6.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for re-shipping. Please ensure your address is accurate, including the correct PIN code.
  • 6.4 Missing or Lost Packages:
    If you believe your package is missing or has been lost, please contact us immediately at contact@sareexpress.com or +91 6366644455. We will help track the order with the courier service and resolve the issue.
  • 6.5 Damaged Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged packaging or product to help resolve the issue. We will either arrange for a replacement or process a refund, as appropriate.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returns

In the event that delivery fails due to incorrect information or refusal of the package, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges or re-shipping costs.


8. Delivery Restrictions

  • 8.1 Remote Locations:
    Certain remote or difficult-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times or limited delivery options. In such cases, we will inform you if we cannot deliver to your specified location.
  • 8.2 Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
    We do not currently offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

9. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sareexpress.com or +91 6366644455. If your order has not been dispatched, we will update the address accordingly. However, if the order is already in transit, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and will fall under our return policy.
